Oxford extension approved

THE CRESCENT, LITTLEMORE

We recently received planning permission for a single storey residential extension in The Crescent in Littlemore, Oxford. The house forms part of a curved row of terraces and our

clients wanted to create a light open space to the rear of the property to provide a better

link to the garden and a larger kitchen and living space.

Given its proximity to its neighbours and different levels between adjacent gardens, it was tricky to create a solution with minimum impact on adjoining owners, but we are very

happy with the result and looking forward to the pre-construction phase of the project.
