Headington school staff accommodation refurb approaches completion

Headington School approached us to do a full refurb and extensions to a property they recently purchased for use as family accommodation for an incoming senior staff member. Tight time frames dictated that all works fall withing permitted development rights to avoid a lengthy planning process with Oxford City Council. Even so, we managed to add a lot of space at ground floor and loft levels, plus an extensive re-arrangement of the interior.
