In the spring of 2017 Peking University acquired the former Open University regional HQ on Boars Hill, Oxford. Following an intensive competitive process, we have been appointed chief architect and master-planners for the site.

The campus is the university's first off shore site and is the home of the Peking University HSBC business school (PHBS-UK).

Site complexities are abundant; heritage, partial listing and green belt location being the main challenges.

The scheme recently submitted for planning comprises of 91 en suite study/bedrooms, dining hall, gymnasium, a 196 seat lecture theatre and additional teaching spaces across approximately 4,000 square meters of new construction.
